The unit has a very nice wine bar and Stainless Steel Appliances including a residential refrigerator and convection microwave and surround sound system. The unit has 5 new Goodyear tires (includes spare). We just had 2 new air conditioners installed along with various upgrades including New brakes & rotors. The unit is setup in a very nice RV park or you can move it your favorite location. This RV is for sale by ORIGINAL OWNER not a broker or RV sales department so price listed is what you pay!! However, the price has been listed at lowest sale price and it has no negotiation built in. We feel that price is very fair and is very market compretive. We REALLY APPRECIATE you looking at our unit!! But if the unit is beyond your budget we understand but we can’t reduce the listed price. Many RV accessories included with the price.
